Made-to-order rings

At Maison Gabriel, we craft many of our jewelry pieces, especially engagement rings, individually according to your specifications. Made to order means that we only begin production after your order, entirely according to your wishes, from diamond selection to the final setting.

Our made-to-order rings are crafted with the utmost precision and care and are typically completed within 3–4 weeks .

Delivery

We ship throughout Europe – reliably, quickly, and fully insured. We want your jewelry to not only delight you, but also arrive safely and on time. Shipping is always discreetly packaged, so surprises remain surprises.

Shipping costs

Germany & EU: Free shipping and free returns
International: Shipping costs may apply depending on the destination country and local regulations. Any customs duties and import fees are subject to the regulations of the respective country.

Delivery times & production duration (2025)

For custom-made jewelry and engagement rings:

Production process for individual productions & custom design:

• CAD view: within 2–4 working days after receipt of order
• Production start: after you have approved the CAD view
• Production: approx. 4–7 weeks, depending on design and complexity

Shipping time after completion:

• Germany & EU: 1–3 working days
• International: 5–8 business days

Note: No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays.

Christmas deadlines 2025

To ensure your jewelry arrives in time for Christmas, the following order deadlines apply:

Custom-made items & custom designs (approx. 6 weeks production time)

• For delivery addresses in Germany & the EU: Please order by Monday, November 3, 2025 at the latest
• For international deliveries: Please order by Monday, October 27, 2025

In-stock items & immediately available jewelry

• For delivery addresses in Germany & the EU: Please order by Thursday, December 18, 2025 at 11:00 am
• For international deliveries: Please order by Tuesday, December 16, 2025 at 11:00 AM

For short-term inquiries around Christmas , please contact us directly; we will check individually whether express production is possible.

Shipping service provider

To ensure the safe transport of your jewelry, we work exclusively with renowned logistics partners:

All shipments are fully insured, tracked, and delivered against signature.

Insurance

Every piece of jewelry is insured from shipment to delivery to you. If the delivery is made to another person or address, this person's receipt is deemed to have been received.

Payment options

The following payment methods are available for your purchase at Maison Gabriel:

Note: If you pay by credit card, your account will be debited immediately upon placing your order.

Two-step payment – ​​flexible and secure

We want to make purchasing your jewelry as flexible as possible. That's why we offer you the option of placing an order with a down payment and conveniently paying the remaining amount later.

For collections & engagement rings:

• 30% deposit when ordering – so we can produce your ring
• 70% balance payment before shipping
• Shipping will be insured and with tracking after full payment has been received.

For custom designs:

• 50% deposit upon approval of the CAD view
• 50% balance payment before shipping

Note: Since your piece of jewelry is individually crafted, the deposit is binding after confirmation and non-refundable in case of cancellation.

International: Return costs may apply depending on the country

Undeliverable or uncollected packages

If your package is not delivered or picked up and is returned to us, we will charge a processing fee of €50 to cover the shipping and handling costs incurred. This fee will be deducted from any refund.
