Returns & Exchanges

You can return or exchange your jewelry within 30 days of receipt , except:

• Custom-made and personalized jewelry
• Engraved jewelry
• Special orders according to individual specifications
• Rings with deposit

Conditions for a return

In order for us to accept your piece of jewelry, the following conditions apply:

• The piece of jewelry is in unworn and new condition , without signs of wear or damage
• All original documents (e.g. diamond certificates) are enclosed in full
• The return will be made in the original packaging
• Custom-made items, engravings and individually designed jewelry are excluded from the right of return

How returns or exchanges work

1. Register a return or exchange

Send us an email to aftersales@maisongabriel.de with the following information:

• order number
• Reason for return
• Request: Exchange or refund of the purchase price

2. Prepare the package

Place the jewelry in its original packaging and pack everything securely in a sturdy box.
Please don’t forget to include all relevant certificates and documents .

3. Return shipping

• Within Germany: You will receive a free return label from us
• For EU & international returns: We will inform you individually about the processing

Please ensure that the shipment is insured and returned to us with a tracking number .

Important instructions

• In case of loss of diamond certificates we charge a fee of 175 € which will be deducted from the refund
• For uncollected packages that are returned to us, we charge a processing fee of 50 €

refund

After we receive and inspect your return, you will receive a confirmation email within 1-3 business days .
The refund will be processed via the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few days for the amount to be credited to your account.

• Custom-made and personalized jewelry
• Engraved jewelry
• Special orders according to individual specifications
• Rings with deposit

Return of engagement rings

For engagement rings, we offer free resizing within 30 days .
If the ring doesn't fit perfectly, we'll be happy to find a custom solution.
Alternatively, you can have the ring adjusted by a local goldsmith – in this case, we will cover the costs up to €85 .
